sketchbook project 3
a) with the first 3 types (serif), the fonts all look somewhat similar. the third one (verdana) appears the largest, even though all fonts are at 36 points.
b) the last 3 fonts (sans serif), differ a lot more than the serif fonts. there is a distinct difference. bookman old set width is more than times new roman, but times new roman is similar to adobe caslon. the main difference between these is the x-height.
